HAUTE HOUSE HOME RETURN POLICY

• Haute House Fabric textiles are all cut to order. Once a fabric is cut it cannot be returned.

• Haute House Fabric does not accept returns or exchanges except for in the case of faulty manufacturer construction or for damage during shipping.  It is important to inspect your fabric upon delivery!

• No Returns will be accepted if cutting or alteration has been made to the merchandise. Please inspect before using.

• NOTE: Dye lot variance issues are not defects and will not be accepted for returns. A sample comes from a random dye lot and its for the sole purpose of determine if you want that particular design. Samples are not dye lot specific. Actual dye lots can vary from samples. Natural fabrics tend to vary more.

INSPECTING YOUR FABRIC UPON DELIVERY

Please inspect your fabric upon receipt for any damages from shipping or defects in craftsmanship. If there are damages due to shipping you must file a Damage Claim with the shipper immediately and contact Haute House Fabric Customer Service at 323.256.2800 within 3 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE EXAMINED UPON DELIVERY BEFORE ACCEPTING THE PRODUCT. ALL DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING MUST BE FILED WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY BY THE PURCHASER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

INSPECTING YOUR FURNITURE UPON DELIVERY

Make sure before you sign for your furniture that you have inspected it for damages or any defects in craftsmanship. By signing for your furniture you agree that your furniture arrived in new retail condition with no damages. If there are damages you must file a Damage Claim with the shipper immediately and contact Haute House Home Customer Service at 323.256.2800. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
